By downloading, installing, or using the Gardenly iOS application or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Use of Service
Gardenly provides tools for organizing gardens, plant care tracking, activity logging, and harvest recording. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial home gardening use.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Gardenly offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Gardenly Premium ($2.99 / month), which unlocks unlimited gardens, plants, photos, and harvest analytics.
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings on iOS.
4. User Data & Cloud Sync
You retain all rights and ownership of the content (photos, garden data, notes) you enter into Gardenly. Synchronization across your devices relies on Apple CloudKit. You are responsible for maintaining your Apple ID credentials and backup settings.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Gardenly is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide reliable reminders and tracking features, Gardenly is not liable for plant health outcomes, seasonal yield variations, or garden decisions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app publisher operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
